Can I join Prime Movers late?

Yes! Anyone can join at any given time and still reap the benefits taught in each class.

Do I need equipment to participate in class?

Some. Though mobility can be practiced without any equipment, as you advance its best to have basic items such as a yoga block (2min preferable), loop resistance bands, ankle/wrist weights (3-10lbs) and tennis balls (2min).

I have a physical disability, can I still train my mobility?

Yes! Please contact us before purchasing any memberships to receive an assessment from our experts to ensure you receive the best exercises catered to your circumstance.

I have an injury, can I participate in the weekly classes?

Yes! Please contact us via email to consult with our mobility specialist prior to purchasing your membership.
